Looks like your nail is infected with fungus. Make sure you dry your great toe and the nail near it free edge completely after bath.

I am traveling these days and would like to examine your nail and the great toes before I prescribe you any medication.

Dear patient, it looks a nail fungus. Please consult dermatologist for proper treatment. In the meantime keep it dry. Do you have only big toe involvement or any other part of the body too.
