Hi my mom has brown patches on her cheeks and forehead. (I guess its called chaiyan in urdu) Is revoderm a good cream for it? (Please dont answer with book apt)

Hb is fine. She says she had them after she had twin babies.
Doesnt have any serious medical issues. Nor very lean either. Shes healthy.
I heard retinol serums works on it? Should I try revoderm and retinol?

melasma is very difficult to treat. revodern is good but alone will not be effective. she needs sunblock too
