Hello. since past 1 year,i have been facing severe here loss and my crown area is balding with all head visible in Strong light. I am in extreme anxiety due to this and unable to concentrate on my work as i have seen it is not treatable and can only be stopped with severe effects. I visited a dermatologist near me who is famous,and he prescribed me 1 mg Finasterdine + Hairaid+ One ampule of some Beta type medicine and shampoo. I have researched alot on Finasterdine sideeffects and CAN not take it after 1 month intense research on NCBI and different forums. What is the alternative? What should i do? Please help me i am 20 only with no other Medical condition.
U can use topical minoxidil which does not have any significant side effects and is effective about 30%. Effects appear in 4 months time
