i have itching on mh whole body in winter this is not for the whole day it happens when i walk ,feel some hot or expose to sunlight

moisturise your body multiple times a day specially after taking shower.apply lubrex gel on damp skin.
Make sure you have humidifier if using heater as it adds more to making skin dry.
use moisturising soap for bathing
