Aoa respected Doctors, mere brother in law k neck k backside py ese daanay ban gaye hain (picture sath attach h) 2-3 months se. Ye pehle ek bara daana tha is me se pass niklti thi phr ye ese chote chote bn gaye, Drs ko kafi dikhaya h velofef 500mg 10 din khai h, khane se ye hota h k pass sokh jati h par ye khatam ni hote.. just neck py hain or kahi nahi hain body py or itching dry hone k bad hoti h. patient ko sugar issue hai bp normal rehta haii, or koi bazahir masla nahi haii.. please prescribe some medicine tubes or whatever good for its recovery. Thanks in advance.

Kindly aaply acsolve lotion in the morning and acdermin gel only at night daily for atleast 1 month.. Then follow up after 1 month.. Make sure that sugar is adequately controlled. Otherwise it'll not improve
It seems Acne Keloidalis Nuchae, it’s treatment is prolonged with oral course of Antibiotics & topical anti acne preparations, Sometimes it needs cryotherapy if lesions increases in size.. So checkup is necessary for the medicine Regards
