It is a very chronic problem. Mainly occurs in person who are either in stress all the time OR have some sort of fear of some kind at sub-conscious level. Which means you yourself may not know that you live under some sort of fear.
If you are able to control your fear then your hyperhydrosis will cure by itself. Drug treatment is temporary and it not highly effective. Sometimes Botox is also injected and sometimes if you sweat a lot, the nerves are surgically excised
