Dear patient use gloves while washing utensils or clothes . Use petroleum jelly 24/7 on your hands . You seem to be allergic to detergents or washing products, kindly use gloves.

What you have is an irritant eczema due to soaps and detergents. Your skin must not come in contact with these harsh chemicals. You must get yourself a cotton handgloves and rubber handgloves of scotch Brite.
Liberally ain't Vaseline to your hands, put on the cotton gloves and then the rubber gloves before you wash. Better if you keep on wearing the cotton gloves all day and when you want to wash something just put on the rubber gloves over the cotton ones.
These will help you tremendously.
Regards
