Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Islamabad
For the past 2 year , my scalp was flaking , which goes away when i go bald , just 6 months before i was diagnosed as case of scalp sebopsoriasis, the treatment went well (flaking happens in winter) During this flaking of scalp , i was also losing hair , but now i am really concerned due to reduced hair volume . My family members have hair so this make be believe that it isnt male pattern baldness. I have recently does tsh , t4 , t3 test , all came out normal diet is nutritious and i am already taking surbex z just to be on the safe side. I have tried every oil in the market but nothing has happened I am losing hair all over the scalp weather here is changing to winter , leaving my hair extremely dry and frizzy, if i dont apply oil and conditioner after shampoo , hair becomes extremely dry and sticks with each other , making it hard to move. I lose too much hair when i comb. I have recently started to use sulfate free shampoo , with conditioner and oil after shampooing. I

Sir ,i also want to address that sebum produced from scalp stay on scalp , doesnt move on the hair shaft , making it dry (that is what i noticed) so i have to put conditioner and oil after shampoo , should i continue to do that after climbazam shampoo ?
Should i use minxin or procapil (pilligrow sray) with less side effects , which is better?
And sir i forgot to mention that i also use betaderm lotion for scalp prescribed to me.
Please could tell the medicine again after reading this

Asalamualikum , is it possible to get treatment here?
I am a medical student in 1st year , i have been very descriptive about my condition (history and continuity or sebopsoriasis and medication i am using right now)
As a medical i know , its difficult to make diagnosis online but ask me to send or tell you anything and help me with this condition.
Thank you sir

I would be best if you visit a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment.
