Dear Pt, I DONT suggest to go back to Dark ages of shaving!!! its simple ... get laser done! but its permanent hair REDUCTION...but don't use creams that irritate skin as it may lead to PIH, hope it helps

For Laser hair removal, one do need to shave before the treatment. No waxing or threading at all

Your sister is allergic to a ingredients in the cream so she can never use hair removal creams at all. She can use a razor or an electric clippers.

If she wants permanent treatment so that hair don't grow back, I have been doing that since 20years with astonishing results and no burning at all and no other complications.
