Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Lahore
I have fungal infection on my right foot since 10 years. Its seasonal and vanishes its own in full winter, again returns as the weather changes. It's always on the same foot (right) but on different spots. I have used many creams like canesten, travocort, Betaderm NM in these years but not so regularly and it's not finished. Some Dr asked not to wet foot but i can't do it as the affected area becomes so dry and bleeds then in cracks. I want some permanent solution for this. It itches also and scalp also removes.
It's definitely wrong diagnosis. It's definitely not a fungal infection. The lesion needs clinical examination first. if you live in Karachi please visit my clinic for examination and treatment.

Checkup is necessary for the diagnosis..
It may not be fungal. Have you done fungal c/s from discharge ? It could be eczema. As seasonal recurrence, and pruritus is suggestive of eczema.
