Is it not the dermatologist who told you that either it is a fungal infection or subungal hyperketatosis treating you ? Is it Dr Google who gave you that diagnosis. Is it not possible to have subungal hyperkeratosis as part of fungal infection of the nail. In my humble opinion you should consult a real dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
