Talk to Dermatologist on Face/Mouth Muscle

ASlamualekum, From last 4-5 days I have been facing some irritation in my face/mouth muscles. I have attached pictures of it. It isn't painful and regular. It feels frequently like that the circled areas are just hanging or there is some vein spread or I really don't know what is it. From inside of mouth it feels like there is a minor gap in circled area. Is my mouth swelled from inside ? or is it due to winter attacks? or something else? What should i do to fix it? Any medications? and also please suggest something to strengthen body muscles. Any help will be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
