Eczema Skin

Question

My son gets severe eczema he has allergies to tree bush pollen so in summer it gets really bad he has antihistamine every day moisturise everyday with aproderm emollient when it is red and inflamed i use mometasone 0.1% ointment is there a better way to control this ? Is it worth coming to pakistan to see a good dermatologist to help with this problem?

Eczema is  a disorder with a set of signs and symptoms.  Special attention should b given to reduce provocative factors to exacerbate it. So it needs to b   evaluated   and then managed accordingly

Dear Pt,

I hope you are well. i guess its your GP that is managing him ?? i believe thats what will be given....... you can go to Gp and ask for a referral for a Dermatological consult and they may do a patch test......... i guess you are in the best system and see no point coming to pak only for this:) if you are in London i can give you contact of a fellow consultant to show pvtly if this helps
