She is having this skin disorder for quite a while and hasn't been being treated or not following doctor's instructions.
She must gently scrape the dead skin using skin scrapper but must NOT pull the dead skin. Apply Vaseline 5 times a day and put on cotton socks. Do not dampen or wet feet except while bathing.
