looks like cellulitis...she needs antibiotic like augmentin for 7 to 10 days...and a pain killer..
use baby aid soap n apply fuscidic acid cream after washing n drying...it's always best to consult for direct examination

then oral antibiotic course will be needed also as it can be cellulitis ,its better to visit nearby dermatologist if swelling and pain didn't resoove ,apply mupir ointment two times daily for 5 days
