Hi sir I am 25 years old and I have frackles on my face. I consulted a doctor but the medicines which she gave made my face red and burning but the frackles are still ther. I am much worried about it. Please give me some suggestions
Plz use good sunblock as per type of your skin, avoid sun exposure n visit some good dermatologist there to exclude lentigines n to have proper managment

Dear patient, please post a close and clear picture of your face. We need to see what it exactly is. Freckles are related to sun exposure. So the best thing you can do is use a good sunblock regularly. You have to apply sunblock on all exposed body areas half hour before leaving the house in morning, reapply every 2-3 hours,
Read the list of ingredients, it should contain zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, spf above 35 at least. (You can try heliocare advance spf 35 gel for face or aveene sunblock , whatever is easily available for you)
Freckles will fade with sun protection and with reduced exposure. But with all the issues you are telling and the relationship with pregnancy, it could also be melasma. So post a picture so we know better. In any case, sun block is the best investment you can do in your skin, so do that.
Hope this helps!

here is pic. or dr main saudia main rehti hun sun exposure ni ha zayada week main aik dafa kabhi nikalna hota ha din main bahir mostly rat ko or din main bahir nikalty hoay sun block lagati hun.
This looks more like melasma and hyper pigmentation issue along with some spots. Use sunblock everyday in the morning (even when you are at home) and eventone-C cream at night on your face. Your skin needs a proper skin conditioning regimen, I can't prescribe anything else on an online forum, as you need a consult and also be in regular follow up if you take prescription meds. You could go to a good dermatologist in your country and discuss the options. Hope this helps, and your issue gets solved.

As for lasers, we prefer doing chemical peels for pigmentation issues first. You could get those done, the results are usually very nice.
