Want to know if anything can help me recover my hair, I have been experiencing hairfall from many years but this year have got worst of it , previously I had acne problem in my teens had been using surbex z, vit c, along with acne medicine on dr prescription, so hairfall wasn't that fast, it was slow, consulted dr fr this he prescribed hair grow spray, hair grow shampoo and E vita (multivitamins ), due to corona couldn't consult him again ,now I'm experiencing severe hairfall, attaching picture, please someone advise me for this To find right dr and treatment.
Thank you in advance
You have lost more than 50% your hair at the age of 30. It seems to me that you are really not bothered much of your hair loss. And I am afraid you have not consulted any credible Dermatologist as yet.
Please visit my clinic for clinical examination of your scalp. Please make an appointment at any of my two clinics as early as possible.
Regards
Apparently it seems androgenetic type of hair loss which means it's not going to get better with multivitamin tablets.
Needs hormone evaluation by blood tests and after a drug therapy for at least 3 months, you might need PRP which is an injection treatment in scalp.
For understanding your hair please watch informative video at my channel SKIN CARE BY DR AISHA GHIAS which i will post shortly and for booking online appointment, use this Marham platform.
I hope it will help you.

Yes you might be needing to do some blood tests. But that will depend on underlying skin or hair disorder. If you have dandruff as well there is no need for hormonal tests at this stage. However, if you don't have dandruff at all and you are losing hair and you notice thining of hair shaft then you need to go for hormones blood tests.
In my opinion instead of wasting time, you must consult a Dermatologist as soon as you can. If hair roots get obliterated then no treatment would be possible.
