Although its not very clear on picture. Examining it in person would be better but it looks like corn to me.

Corns

A corn is a small area of skin which has become thickened due to pressure on it. A corn is roughly round in shape. Corns press into the deeper layers of skin and can be painful.

Hard corns commonly occur on the top of the smaller toes or on the outer side of the little toe. These are the areas where poorly fitted shoes tend to rub most.

Soft corns sometimes form in between the toes, most commonly between the fourth and fifth toes. These are softer because the sweat between the toes keeps them moist. Soft corns can sometimes become infected.

They are caused by excessive pressure or rubbing (friction) on the skin. The common cause is wearing poorly fitting shoes which tend to cause corns on the top of the toes and side of the little toe. A person who is qualified to diagnose and treat foot disorders (a podiatrist) can cut away (pare) corns and can advise on footwear, shoe insoles and padding to prevent recurrences.

Please visit Hamnoor Foot Comfort if youre from Karachi for treatment. They are certified and well trained. They also have many branches all over Karachi. You can look up on the internet for their contact details.

#TheSkinDoc

apply BETASALIC OINTMENT on affected area 2 to 3 times for 10 days.
then get an appointment from Foot Comfort to get it removed, else it will bother you again after a few days.
avoid roaming barefoot even in the house. wear shoes /sandals with a good quality sole. hard flat soles should be avoided.

Looks like a wart to me. It's treatment is Cryo-Surgery or Cautery done by a Dermatologist in his clinic. You will have to go to a Dermatologist for treatment.
