Aslamoalikum, I am Dermatologist having full fledge fellowship almost for six years, but don't know what is skin polish? By God sake don't go for these things. Now wait and see, some time laser therapy is effective but not advising you. If possible get an online appointment for further. Thanks.

It's unclear to me if you now have dark pigmentation all over face or just on your cheeks, nose and forehead.

If your entire face has darkened then treatment will be relatively easier, however if must on your cheeks, nose etc then treatment becomes trickier.
