I have TMJ and often have muscular pains and sometime I feel pain in my hands.i have black spot on my index finger only and lines and dry nails overall.there was no nail injury.what could be the reason?

Hi, there r several causes of nail pigmentation...
mostly r benign ( non serious)
Sometimes it runs in families..
Very often its a part of some skin disease
but in order to make sure the diagnosis..
