In Allopathy there is no medicine that grows hair on the face. At least not to my knowledge.

Beard is patchy may be cox its in ur family. Some ppl have less hair by genetics. But if ur other family male members dont have such pb then may be u shld visit a dermatologist for a detailed history n examination. Better not to use anything from net as its not realible.
