Talk to Dermatologist on Alopecia Areata

Unmarried.Plssss help as went to so many dermatologist also tried homeopathic med but nothing works.fed up from all medicines and treatments now. 1. In 2013 I had some patches on my left hands 2 fingers and also around belly button area,1 dr diagnose it as eczema n treat it but nothing works went to another dr he said its fungal infection treated it but marks r still there . 2.then in 2013 my hairs started falling off in patches and diagnose as alopecia areata treated but condition still same .then dr suggest injections on scalp but didnt go for it as i am scared. 3. In 2014 i observe facial hair on my chin and also acne on cheeks did ultrasound n it showed small cyst in ovary but periods are normal. Acne is more nowadays then before.
