You haven't posted pictures for us to see what grade of Acne you have. First of all just don't let you have get oily. When ever you feel that your face had become oily just wash it with soap or mild face wash. You will notice that your acne had started to get better without medication.
If you feel in few weeks time that your acne is not responding to frequent washing, then make an appointment to consult me at my clinic.
