Is ur cycle regular? or ur hormonal level balanced??
Acne treatment is according to the severity. Imp is to rule out any underlying hormonal imbalance.
Meanwhile apply Arynoin plus gel on alternate night on affected area only in a very small amount and gently apply, don't rub vigorously otherwise it will irritate, if it irritates stop using it.
Acsolve lotion twice a day on affected area only
Defyderm moisturizing serum incase of dryness.
Oral medication will b required if not better. Get checked for further guidance and treatment
Acne in 30s is usually due to hormonal issues. you would need few tests detailed history and examination of lesions under magnification. Start using Mandelac cream at bedtime and book appointment thru marham for further evaluation
