I have milia all over my face and some sort of bumps on my forhead, cheeks, under eyes and chin. Please suggest me a good medicine or cream so that i can get rid of this. My skin is very textured nd not even smooth. I consulted a doctor but that also didnt worked out.

milia needs to be treated by fulgration for which you should visit dermatologist clinic and examination under proper light and magnification will help see the un even tone and treat it accordingly
