i have white patches on my tounge and in whole mouth it sometimes get worse when i eat spicy food my burns it feels good in winter but gets bad in hot weather

White patches on tongue may due to a lot or reasons like poor oral hygiene, over growth of tiny projections called papillae, some fungal or bacterial infection, irritation by some sharp edge of tooth or denture or filling, dry mouth or use of tobacco etc. You need to share all. it's been 4 years.they don't feel itchy but feels like cold sensation I'm not a smoker they appear sometimes and goes away after money months

white patches on tongue can be oral thrush/ candidiasis/ fungal infection. we can only diagnose it after clinical checkup. i would recommend u to visit a dentist as soon as possible.
