abi u can take apparanx 550mg for painkiller.. visit near by dentist to have xray of rct teeth n after xray will decide what should do
You need to re/check with X-ray to evaluate if RCT is done properly at times if rct is fine than with your filling came out food impaction may be giving pain in that case crown should be opted at an earliest provided RCT is ok No need for antibiotics as it’s only help symptoms not pain
