hm thankyou sir for recomendation , I wanna confirm you that going to a Physiotherapist is a right option for this problem or not?

A surgeon should look at the issue first then if they think you should go to a physiotherapist then it's okay. But first see a surgeon

go to nishter, you may get proper treatment from there.
AOA
you need to consult a Maxillofacial Surgeon .. General Dentist can't deal this case ..Visit an expert Maxillofacial surgeon in your area for proper treatment .

he said operation is not a solution you need to do exercises otherwise operation can cause more damage

I don't think so . because there is a big differences of exercises guided by a professional expert than a physiotherapist. Surgeon can guide you exercises which are exactly necessary for your treatment plan .. Do whatever surgeon guide you ..

visit a Oral surgeon and follow the exercises and avoid eating hard food and refrain from opening ur mouth wide while eating or yawning.
also go for a cervial x-ray and do neck exercises as well. it might be related to the cervical apart from TMJ
