my baby boy is 2 n half years old he is having front teeth deficiency of calcium i think it samny k 4 oper waly jaw k teeth by birth eisy he hain blky zada he colour change hogy hain plz help kya kru picture is attached. thanks

Caries in children in the mentioned age group id due to feeder and disease is called baby bottle caries....babies mostly sleep with nipple in mouth and milk is droping on front upper teeth continuosly causing them get carious.and disease is fuethur worsened by lack of brusing and excessive use of candies and chocolates in mentioned age group.treatmnt is to immediately stop use of feeder and candies.

Aoa. Although I'm unable to see the pic but nothing to worry about these milk teeth. Discoloration is due to caries caused by nursing bottle(feeder) and non brushing after hanging any sweet and meals. Visit nearby qualified dentist if baby is complaining about pain. I can give u an exact diagnosis after seeing it. in the mean time clean his teeth after every meal with a plain soft cloth soaked in water especially at night. if still unsatisfied then visit a dentist as soon u can
