for gums swelling: in warm water add 2 pinches of salt and rinses your mouth with this.

you need to visit your nearest dentist for periodontal therapy and oral hygiene maintenance. Please do gargles with Luke warm water and use parodontax extra fresh toothpaste.
By your explaination i feel you've poor oral hygiene.
There will be plaque/calculus.
Please visit dentist and have Scaling and Polishing done and follow proper oral hygeine instructions after that. Brush every surface of tooth properly , Use Dental floss and mouthwash. keep your tongue clean.
