The pain may be due to wisdom tooth eruption (Aqal daar). kindly rinse with salted warm water thrice a day for 3 -4 days. also use mouthwash twice a day.

aoa u should see the doctor to see where the problem lies. u can take synflex 550 mg twice a day for 2 days

Kindly use salt warm water and rinse your mouth with it. It will relief the pain for a while. And use mouthwash for 2 weeks.
your wisdom tooth might be erupting so it needs to.be removed or if another tooth is decayed , root canal can be done of that particular tooth ... meanwhile you can take any painkiller ... ansaid tablet is not preferred for lactating mother .
use these medicines for a week
amoxil 500 mg 1-0-1 for 5 days
brufen 400 mg 1-0-1 for 5 days
salt+water rinses three times a day
