Hello iam 29 years old and i hav this teeth decay once before 4 years i went to a dentist and she did something so that the tooth doesnt fall from its place bit now iam having pain in both the teeth the 2 lower one teeth which doesnt hav filing please tell me what can i do now?

I'm glad you uploaded the photo. you are so young and almost any treatment plan could bring good results. your gums need special attention, keeping the bone conditions in view, flap surgery can be opted for. to reduce the space, orthodontic treatment can be of great help. but for all this you need to contact very experienced doctor.
