what you need is an intervention to stop these carious cavities now as toothpaste and mouthwashes are only able to help give a protective barrier for sometime to what the tooth structure is from inside it can't repair what the damage has been done to your teeth . and considering your young age you should go see a dentist to see if that broken tooth can be saved though some procedures or not and to get that Cavit filled in the earliest if not you might lose that tooth too
