First of all , you should visit a dentist and get yourself checked clinically. It might be gingivitis so it should be treated accordingly. As a home remedy, You can use Paradontax toothpaste and apply it on gums and teeth and let it be there for 15 mins and then spit it. Also rinse with ‘Protect G’ mouthwash (dilute it in half cup water) Hopefully it will make it a bit better. Also scrape off the tongue with toothbrush lastly every time you are done with brushing.
hello dear, you need a proper visit for a complete mouth scaling and polishing procedure. this will help improve your gums, bone health and will enhance your oral hygiene. it will also reduce bad breath. Make sure you visit your dentist asap before the condition worsens.

After clinical examination your dentist will prescribe you mouth wash and toothpaste.
Reason for bleeding from gums is inflammation of gums. You might need scaling and polishing procedure for that. Please visit dentist for that.
