Talk to Dentist on Teeth Alignment

Aoa Need advice about my son braces pic will be attach in coments as post approved Docter pyt braces without removing any teeth .he said we will bring this teeth down.so we took opinion from two more docter and both said that 4 teeth will be removed then (two from upper side two from bottom)
Now we are totally confused that should we wait for teeth to come down amd ahould we go with the docter saying 4 teeth has to be removed. Plz plz guide me.and if teeth need to be removed then which teeth.
Age of my son is 14.2 yrs.
We want to opt for aligners but docter said in start its not possible but will be in future
