I was having a cavity at age of 6 , got my cavity filled now last year I got it again filled but now a little piece of tooth is broken and there is pain when i bite something and sensitivity . I consult a doctor he said root canal is required but I'm afraid of pain from getting injection in gums . Is there any other treatment or anything to numb the tooth .
