Daily I wake up i have a thick mucus or substance in my mouth. I have to through it out the first thing in the morning. What is the cause and how can I get rid of it. It is the everyday thing now.

that is probably due to your gums, they might bleed aswell and swollen up . if thats the case get scaling and polishing done

only if you have any artificial thing like crown or denture in your mouth . otherwise it cant be due to hypersensitivity or allergy as per my knowledge

so that could be the reason , jab se crown lagaa hogaa tb hi se arahaaa hai maslaaa to . it can be best seen physically. here we can only enlist the possibilities

may be chronic sinusitis, please get an xrays done, pns view. steam inhalation twice a day and tab. destina, 1+0+1 , for a week. advise follow up
