Qaseem here.. age 22 main koi gutka wagera nahi khata na he koi nasha wagera karta..... pir b mera mou kam khulta hai?????? iski waja bata skte hain ap??? kafi logo se suna hai k gutke ki waja se aesa hota hai mgr maine aj hath nahi lagaya... or kafi doc ko dikha chuka hun... urine test.. blood test.. sub ho chuke hain... Allah ka Shuker hai Sub Clear ata hai hamesha or Dr apna sir pakar lete hain k bhai kis chize ka ilaaj karu koi masla he nahi hai apko... ab ap bataen kia kara jae.. mera mou andar se safaid hogaya hai iski waja se michain to mazak main b nahi khae jati... ab ap kuch help kar skte hain to plz bataen.... go to oromaxillofacial surgeon.... after clinical examination one can do diagnosis.....
may be it is due to impacted wisdoms or TMJ problems.....or may be due to leukoplakia.....

Kindly visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
It is not necessary to get limited mouth opening from gutka and chalia only.
There are many other causative factors too.
Your surgeon will get some detailed history and will also require detailed investigation as well.
You need to cooperate with your surgeon so that he can reach a final conclusion and give you accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Salam Qaseem I can well imagine the difficulty u r facing inspire of never using any etiological factor.
Can u measure how much ur front teeth distance when mouth is open.Have u ever had lower jaw injury.How much mouth ulcers u getIt’s all important so need more details before suggesting anything
