What we can do with this middle one tooth, I can’t even smile or laugh properly. Looks so odd. How much this costs ? How much time required etc.

its mesiodens need extraction then Braces or Veneers
this is an extra tooth called mesiodense it needs to be removed as the tooth is very small size and root is short.
you need to extract it and get Orthodontic treatment for the space to be closed .
1st of all get extracted this middle accessory tooth.. it an extra tooth (extra than 32 teeth).. and than go for braces...for the closure of mid line space. It takes about 1-2 years.. if you are young than it ll b treated earlier than older patient..

Its an additional tooth(supplemental tooth)..it needs extraction followed by orthodontic management for space closure.
for aesthetics I’d say the best treatment would be to take out the middle tooth and close the gap with braces.
Aoa. This extra tooth should be removed. Then evaluation of case for orthodontic treatment is required.
