My name is abdullah and i am 27. I have problem with my teeth. (Overjet)
1: Gap in teeth ( i wish recover my teeth gap because i have facing alot of problems while talking.
2: Cleaning ( Morning and before bed) lekn sahi se saaf nhe hty.
Braces option:( this is so expensive I can't afford) if you have another option please let me know the estimated cost.
I am looking reasonable dentist in Islamabad. Because i am student.

visit a dentist for proper check up and exact diagnosis. he will advice you best possible treatment and u can visit a teaching Dental hospital for treatment if cost is a( major issue).
if money is problem, please visit some dental college in Islamabad
2nd option is veneers . but its also quite expensive. . third is aligners
please visit a dental college and discuss your problem

but unfortunately all are slightly expensive. Either go to any college or trust hospital
if you cant find any just go for scaling for the removal of those stains and use floss regularly
