Warm saline rinses and visit your dentist with an opg as soon as possible
1. We need to visit a Dentist who will take X-ray to see the cause if this swelling ..2) For swelling we can take antibiotics and pain killer for the time being (until we visit a dentist )

The condition is most likely “pericoronitis”; take soft diet for the moment like anything you take should be soft enough to be taken with a spoon. Brush vigorously between the gum and partially erupted tooth at the back end. And take paracetamol along with another painkiller. And see a maxillofacial surgeon to better manage your symptoms.
it is due to pericoronitis. you should rinse with warm saline or salted water. use mouthwash thrice in a week. visit to dentist is must as it is recurring
wisdom is erupting. warm saline gargles. Good brushing. analgesic like p/c .brufin
you need a proper examination and treatment if it's happening on and off.
visit your dentist and get Deep cleaning of teeth done and it may require removal of some part of gum. do warm salt water rinses after every meal and avoid fruits with seeds or any other small food particles that might get embedded into it
