Talk to Dentist on Feeling Dry Mouth After Meal

From some days I am noticing that I feel dryness in the mouth after the meal. This happened not with every meal Especially occurring when I eat meat. Whenever I eat meat then I feel lot of thirsts and feel dry tongue.

Take plenty of Water In Take. Eating so much meat can make dryness which is normal.
do u have issue of high blood pressure or diabeties? are u taking medicine for it ?take plenty of water . keep a water bottle with u n take small sips of after every half an hour. take less meat as it causes dryness also.

I am not taking any medicine and I never check my blood pressure. My all other family members are sugar patients and blood pressure, patients. From some weeks I am noticing that whenever I take meat especially Beef then I feel dry mouth and tongue for whole day but after next, I feel normal everything. I will follow your advice and take the water every half hour. My water consumption is very less maybe this is the reason.

Blood Pressure 110/90 and Sugar: 104.I just recently checked and this time I am feeling dryness on the tongue .

Currently, I am not on medicine. I have to use Laptop near about 14-16 per day. Therefore no exercise and no care. From some months I am noticing that I feel dryness after the meal and feeling so much fatigue , laziness all day , bad smell in mouth and all body due to perspiration.
