In night my teeth start grinding im worried.. Please help me
visit a dental clinic for fabrication of proper appliance to stop the effects of attrition on your teeth due to nocturnal teeth grinding
This is physiological and cannot be controlled , but we can stop the bad effects that this act create On the teeth by making a appliance known as , night guard, which is made by the dental lab and inserted On the teeth. This appliance will avoid the contact of teeth with each other and stop the grinding of teeth. Important is that these grinding of teeth will destroy the Enamel covering of teeth and may expose the Dentin, which will cause sensitivity to cold and hot and difficulty in chewing and grinding of food particles. Better visit a dentist for taking X-ray and evaluation of case. Thank you
aoa kindly visit nearby dentist n get the night guard to protect your teeth from further damage.
Grinding of teeth at night is due to stress factor which may be related to work, social, domestic etc. which may result in damaging your TMJ
you have to immediately visit a dentist who will give you solutions to avoid this
It may damage your teeth so visit a near by dentist they will make a removable appliance for you called night guard.. You will have to wear it at night only to prevent further damage
This is physiological and is called “ Bruxism†... This causes damage to the outer layer of teeth, teeth show attrition and loose the enamel, which later makes the patient sensitive to hot and cold... As there is no remedy for such condition , but only to prevent further damage to teeth, we make transparent appliance “Night guard†which the patient wears at night by himself/herself and causes the teeth not to contact with each other ...For the fabrication of this appliance one has to visit the dentist ( please make appointment on call you later prior to visit) who will take impressions of your teeth and send to dental laboratory for the appliance. This might take a week or so.. Hope it helped you ... Thank you
Dear patient I have read your complain. This problem is called bruxism. It causes damage to the tooth structure and also the TMJ i.e your jaw. For avoiding further damage I suggest you to visit your near by dentist and get an appliance called night guard. If you need any further evaluation book an appointment with Marham. Thanks.
