Talk to Dentist on Daughter's Root Canal

My daughter is 3.5 years old now she having swelling n severe pain in upper front left tooth. When I saw it to Dr they said it gonna be operat because the root was damage n infected they give anti biotic n now waiting for operation.. Is there any good child specialist dentist who can operat her in one time sitting with good n painless expertise... Please help me to get good Dr.
