Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, I am suffering with bell palsy symptoms since 6/11/2017.
I am suffering with bell palsy symptoms since 6/11/2017 and using the medicine prescribed by doctor Deltacortel thrice a day. I have already take 9(nine) injuction "Neuromet.and also face physiotherapy. Kindly advice me about

Bells palsy is an upper motor neuron leision.Treatment and monitoring by a maxillofacial surgeon is required.Deltacortil is given in a certain dosage and then tapered decreased over time.Could you please whats the dosage of deltacortil and are you taking these medicines on prescription of a Maxillofacial surgeon.Is there any improvement.
You should also keep this thing in mind that prolonged bells palsy can cause nerve demage.Prednison along with Acyclovir for combating viral infection causing this condition is quite necessary.Eye drops as artificial tears should be used to prevent dryness of eyes.If you want to get it checked by a maxillofacial surgeon kindly call 042-32591427, for Appointment.
