Talk to Dentist on 1st Molar Tooth Problem

Few months before there become a cavity or hole in this tooth in the centre. I was fine for months and I could eat easily with no problems. For one month I am experiencing a strange problem. when I eat food or chew with this side of mouth I suddenly experience a severe toothache or pain inside the tooth for a round 30 minutes or more. when I drink cold or hot I feel little pain. when I eat food and drinks with other side, I am fine and has no problem but I can't eat all the time with one side of the mouth. If anyone can answer or suggest any solution for it. Thanks Waris
this cavity need to b examined i think you need either root canal treatment or filling kindly visit the dentist as soon as possible
Your tooth may need root canal treatment or worst case scenario an extraction if too much damaged. Consult nearby dentist

I think you are right root canal treatment...in the cavity I put needle like wood and press inside the cavity ...there is no pain except only on one small point it feels pain and that is I think root canal.
Am I right?

This is Acute irreversible Pulpitis with apical Periodontitis Most probably need RCT then Crown or extraction then to fix new tooth better to make video Consultation

pulpitis is when there is germs or bacteria accumulated inside.
but I experienced this problem when I just eating paratha and a small part of this hot paratha entered in the cavity which was already present and I felt suddenly this pain which is still present when I eat with this tooth.

Dear You can't see bacteria,its Pulpitis and after some months it will go to abcess...and it's in exposure of Pulp now

Need to visit dentist he will take X-ray of tooth you are having problem and physical test for sensitivity and pain might you need filling with some medicine or may be Root Canal all depends on visit to dentist
rct or root canal treatment is suggested for your tooth.
