as per report of Punjab institute of cardiology Lahore my brother heart is swell from right side but they can not guess why he is swell ... he is taking medicine BOSEMON two time in a day. his foot live cool always. can he has permanent solution for become healthy?

Dear as you mentioned that he is taking bosentan and right heart is enlarged so he may be suffering from idiopathic pulmonary hypertension so share with me his echo report
At the age of 24 years having right ventricular hypertrophy could be of many reasons. He needs an Echo and if the cause is not apparent, then a Cardiac CT for shunts.
