POBA to D2 means the cardiologist only wants to open up the lesion with plain angioplasty and does not want to put a stent in. Otherwise you have disease in all three coronary vessels but not severe enough to require any stents/ intervention. But depends on your symptoms too. My initial advice would be address your lifestyle strictly if not yet done so. Happy to discuss further.
