Depends which medicine it was. Nicorandil(anti angina) can cause problems related to bleeding and ulcers. However other anti anginals can sometimes lead to constipation which may aggravate it too. Depends what she is taking.

yes there is connection between angina medicine and haemorrhoids, Blood thinners can worse pre existing hemorrhoids.Your mother should get treated for hemorrhoids a long with some necessary changes in angina medicine.I am happy to advise you further on it.

yes...she must be taking blood thinners....like disprin etc. so these medicine worsen hemorrhoids. stop disprin and consult general surgeon.

For a detailed discussion and to tailor medicine according to her current condition, book your consultation with a cardiologist as well as with a general surgeon. Because of insufficient information on patient disease history (angina) it would be not appropriate to advise the patient regarding medications. However, If she has active bleeding or frequent bleeding she can hold ASP/Clopid immediately, and consult a general surgeon to treat haemorrhoids. Otherwise, seek medical attention from a cardiologist as well as from a gen. surgeon.
