It's a normal report. Nothing to worry..
Thanks for the email. It means there has been technical reasons which have
given ride to certain spikes on EEG which are not related to brain
activity. They have arisen from the machine or because of movements or
problems with contact. Artifacts means something which is not original or
relevant to the original waves.
It has no clinical significance other than making interpretation difficult
if they're in excess.

Thank you for asking me. The EEG that is Electroencephalogram is a
neurological investigation and has nothing much to do with Cardiology.
Since I am an adult cardiologist therefore I would not be of much help for
